1. strictly control the quality of the incoming materials of the battery, and reasonably choose the thickness, hardness and solderability of the interconnection strip.
2. keep the relative humidity of the environment below 60%, and ensure that the cells are fully preheated before welding.
3. manual welding should keep the gesture light, fast and flat, avoid false welding and over welding, and avoid pressing the battery slice, especially on the string welding template.
4. machine welding should strictly monitor the welding quality to avoid false welding, over welding and ribbon offset.
5. pay attention to the el inspection before lamination, try to repair the hidden cracks before lamination, so as to avoid the expansion of the hidden cracks caused by lamination.
6. the laminated components should be fully cooled down before the edges can be trimmed. it is advisable to trim and frame the edges with the glass facing downwards.
7. the laminated parts before framing should avoid turning and manual handling.
8. work surfaces such as chamfered edges and pre-assembled frames should be large enough. after the components are placed in the center, the distance from the edge to the edge of the table should be greater than 200 mm.
9. appropriate force should be used when closing the junction box cover, and the corresponding position under the table should be set up-a larger area of support.
10. it is advisable to use steel frame pallets or double-layer wooden pallets to circulate the flat components. when using a hydraulic truck, the fork should pass through the pallet completely.
