please note amazon refuse delivery this weekend, reason below
请注意亚马逊本周末拒绝发货，原因如下-
1 picture showing arrival @ the back of the queue @ 1515 which was within the window for delivery. it then took us 24 minutes of queuing to get to the gatehouse. then because we were 19 minutes outside the window, amazon have refused delivery.
我们在15点15分到达并排在队伍末端，此时还处于交货有效时间内。然后我们排了24分钟的队才到达门房。之后因为我们超出交货规定时间19分钟，亚马逊拒绝收货。
i find it very convenient that they would do this as they were clearly suffering problems yesterday. the other 2 tips you had yesterday both took over 3 hours, and clearly with a 24 minute queue they were obviously looking for any excuse at all not to accept a delivery.

re-deliver charges will apply as this was no fault of our own, we arrived within amazons window

re-deliver charge will be, 495 gbppending when we can obtain new booking then we could incur storage fees.
