hmm 在 6 月 12 日表示：“检测到身份不明的安全漏洞，导致某些地区对电子邮件系统的访问受到限制。” 但是，大部分损坏已在公司确认未发现任何信息或数据泄漏后恢复。
在6 月 15 日的最新更新中，这家韩国航运公司指出，除美国和欧洲以外的所有地区的电子邮件服务器仍然受到影响！！
该公司指出：“如果客户的查询未通过电子邮件处理，我们当地的代理机构可以通过其他替代选项（例如电话）联系。” 据 hmm 称，除电子邮件外，其他系统网络和功能均已全面运行，这归功于独立的基于云的系统，hmm 表示其电子商务平台，包括预订和文档功能，正常运行，没有中断。
