注意】本实验色谱柱需要事先平衡。色谱柱平衡：60 mm 磷酸水溶液使用0.5 ml/min流速通液2小时后，再置换成流动相。
样品的前处理：
1.3 ml的软饮料中加5 %的偏磷酸水溶液，定容到30 ml。
2.通过0.45 μm的过滤器过滤。
3.进样前，用纯水稀释10倍(偏磷酸浓度0.5 %以下)，作为hplc分析试料。
